It was the best around back in the early 2000s now its mid at best and the price is crazy for the loc and zip code . A lot of meat they are out of late in the day and the smoked meat appears to be blended with grilled meat to cut cost on wood and time it used to be very smokie taste but not now. Not worth the drive or the price but will still stomp our Fuzzy or Thochy any day of the week but for a few more bucks . It looked like they have live music for a cover late in the day...

We were driving thru Godley on a Wednesday and stopped in at Del Norte Tacos for some lunch. The parking lot was empty so we were unsure if it was even open. A little confusing as to which door is actually the entrance but once inside you'll find a small area with chalkboard menu's on the wall.

The prices are on the higher side for a place that sells tacos but it is what it is. The wife ordered one brisket taco ($6.99) and I ordered one chicken taco...

I'm not able to stop by as often as I'd like to as I'm nearly an hour away. But the food here has always been very good to excellent. Prices have gone up over the past few years, but the quality still remains (in my experience).

There's a good variety and daily specials, but you can't beat the Smoked Chicken Chile Relleno... or any of the smoked meats.
