Disclaimer: This is not in any way meant to be rude. This is my experience and I would just like awareness of this issue. I absolutely love this place. I think it's well decorated, kind staff, and of course, delicious food. The only issue I have is that depending on the person, the waffles and shakes are completely inconsistent. And sometimes, even the same person does or asks something different about the same thing I order most of the time. One staple I get is a waffle. I've had it at least 10 times and I never know what to expect. I would really appreciate more consistency in how things are made. Or at least a consistent foundation and consistent questions to follow up because I know people have preferences. In addition, my waffle cup is half full one day, and overfull another day (I prefer this option because it is delicious!). All in all, for what I pay, I would love for there to be more consistency in the waffles and shakes and not feel like they were just thrown together any kind of way. Once again I do really enjoy this place and this is the ONLY issue I have.

11/2/24 - So many options!!! Love the variety and add ons on the menu!! I ended up getting the Kelly Coffee & Protein balls, super delish!! 10/10 recommend. Although, customer service was terrible. As an establishment who labels themselves as NUTRITION experts, the workers arenāt very knowledgeable on that field. When asked about the calories of certain items they just gave me a ballpark answer, āfor sure under 300 caloriesā. May I also add, the girls lack communication skills. āDo you know what you wantā. As a first timer this was not a very good greeting. Will not be coming back, sad i have to sacrifice a good spot because of the way i am treated as a customer. Fix those attitudes and educate yourself on yalls items girls!

I was looking for a new breakfast that would fill me till lunch. They offer any of their shakes, as a protein waffle. And I get the butter pecan. Itās always perfect, and they are always great with customer service. They also offer many different energy teas, along with optional additions for your tea like energy boosts and collagen powder and more.
I absolutely love GN! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I have been going to GN 5-6 days a week for a while because thereās not a single thing on their menu that I havenāt loved. I have been during the morning rush, lunch rushes, and during slow times and have always received top notch customer service!
