Disclaimer: This is not in any way meant to be rude. This is my experience and I would just like awareness of this issue. I absolutely love this place. I think it's well decorated, kind staff, and of course, delicious food. The only issue I have is that depending on the person, the waffles and shakes are completely inconsistent. And sometimes, even the same person does or asks something different about the same thing I order most of the time. One staple I get is a waffle....
I was looking for a new breakfast that would fill me till lunch. They offer any of their shakes, as a protein waffle. And I get the butter pecan. It’s always perfect, and they are always great with customer service. They also offer many different energy teas, along with optional additions for your tea like energy boosts and collagen powder and more.
I absolutely love GN! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I have been going to GN 5-6 days a week for a while because there’s not a single thing on their menu that I haven’t loved. I have been during the morning rush, lunch rushes, and during slow times and have always received top notch customer service!
