It is one of the better sonics I've been to. It seams like the crew actually care to give good service and decent food. I'd rather go here than many others. Stay away from the Cresson sonic!

First off, I order 3 junior cheeseburgers , I pay for 3 junior cheeseburgers, and there’s no cheese on the burgers. And for the love of sanitary Baby Jesus, can we put some hair nets on Afros and all other loose hair styles?

I usually order online to go, and my food is always hot and fresh when I get there. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Love coming here instead of the location slightly closer to my house.

Came to pick up dinner last night and was totally disappointed. Not only was my food wrong but the manager seemed to talk to me in a frustrating way. I spent well over 40 dollars to head home after asking the manager name Krista if the order was correct she just kept saying yea yea yea . I drove home my order was completely wrong I called the store and asked for the manager and she called me a liar and states she gave me the correct order and hung up . Wow???!!! What a way to treat your customers. I’m never coming back here and definitely complaining to sonic corporate because I’m am truly upset!

This is a big disappointment, the food quality has been horrible Monday and today, when point out the issue I just get a shrug, I asked to speak with the general manager and was told he is no longer there!!! When I asked to get whoever is in charge information she indicated she’s the manager on duty?? Her name Erika and she is the rudest person I’ve dealt with for a second time here. Last night I dealt with a rude manager name Krista she just seemed overwhelmed and frustrated because yes it was busy but yelling doesn’t help specially when we are watching as customers waiting for our food.. someone needs to change these manager asap. Disappointed Godly resident

This place continues to disappoint. You pay that much for food it should edible. The hamburger meat tasted very old, the onion ring were bad like the uncooked bag was laid out all day, the sweet tea tastes like they don't clean any of the containers. I gave this places several chances but no more. The owner and managers should be ashamed.

Waited at the counter for like 5 minutes just to get my online order. When I said I had an online order the manager legit yelled and asked the name. I regretabley went back and asked for my missing condiments when the manager then yelled at my again and said no I didn't need it for my burger however I persisted and stood my ground walking away with my condiments and all of my pride. In summary terrible customer service by the manager all other employees were plenty nice.

Hit or miss really. It depends on the staff. On their good days they are good. Quick efficient correct orders. But when they have bad days omg. Super long wait times sloppily prepared food or wrong food. Dry old burgers are the worst offense I've had from there though. You never know how it will turn out but hey when you live in godley and want fast food for a cheap price it's not like there are many choices lol. Although I must say all the staff is super nice. Keep trying guys eventually you will get a solid team!

The girls that were on duty when I came through were on top of things ?. Fantastic communication with each other regarding the orders, no confusion about anything, and the kitchen was getting orders out hot, fast, and accurate ?. It sounded more like a full service restaurant than a fast food restaurant ?. Great job.
