Ordered two sandwiches for my husband and myself. Both sandwiches were made wrong, the toppings and condiments were flip flopped on the order. We called the building, the (i assume) teenage employee was WONDERFUL in trying to help fix the situation. However, the manager would not work with my husband regarding a refund unless he drove the twenty minutes to the location to return the sandwiches, we also let it be known that pictures were taken, receipt was had ect. I understood the policy stated either a refund with the return of the food OR CREDIT FOR THE WRONG ORDER. It was never offered for the store to remake our food, we have still been yet to be reached by said manager, who was also UNWILLING TO SPEAK TO US DIRECTLY, and our subway app (which was how we ordered and paid) STILL REFUSES TO SHOW US CREDITS FOR THIS ISSUE. Again, the teenager was wonderful in his attempt to help, the manager was useless. we will not be back. The manager was terrible and not friendly. I'd recommend a discussion about customer satisfaction.

Worst Subway I’ve Ever Been To
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Subway was so bad it deserved one. The bread was thin, flakey, and tasted like it was old. Nothing like what you’d expect from a fresh sandwich shop. It literally crumbled apart while I was trying to eat it.
I paid extra for meat, and somehow it felt like I got less than a normal sandwich. For what I paid, the sub looked and tasted like something thrown together with whatever scraps were left at the end of the day.
Overall, the food was absolutely atrocious. Between the stale-feeling bread and awful flavor, this was easily one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t be coming back, and I’d strongly suggest avoiding this location until they figure out what “fresh” and “extra” are supposed to mean.

The team at the Godley Subway is fantastic. Especially the store manager, Marylyn. She is very kind and knows how to run the store best! Even during the lunch rush, the line moved quickly, and every 'sandwich artist/employee' was friendly and patient. This location is the cleanest location I have ever been too, the staff is always so polite and welcoming, the food is always fresh and when they make your sandwich it is made perfect (not messy and thrown together), during their busy lunch rush they are very prompt and it does not take long to get your food. Great job Godley Subway!!
Great food everything is always so fresh at this location the staff are super friendly and care about the customer, there building is super clean there's closer subways but I'll go out my way to go here for all the reasons above plus.
