The chocolate Pecan pie and Texas sheet cake...I'm not gluten free and wifeate the filling on the pie was awesome. Owned by good people who care about quality. Didn't get a before pic of pie but I ate the crust and it was awesome

100% recommend Bootleg Chicken, absolutely amazing hospitality and super fast!! We got 25 tenders, 2 family size mashed potatoes, family size Mac n cheese, 10 rolls and gravy, for less than what it would have cost me to go to sonic.. The food is amazing!!

An absolutely incredible experience...hands down, with little room for comparison, the best chicken and fries I've ever had. Spoke with the friendly owner, who explained he was a former franchisee of a Chik Fil A and went out on his own with a new recipe. So much better, it tastes gourmet. I will be coming back every time I'm in Goldthwaite, and start finding reasons to visit! Thanks for the wonderful customer service experience as well, friendliest people you could ever hope for. To the owner, whose Aggies are now up against my Canes...Gag 'Em Iggies!

I had such a great experience at this restaurant! The chicken was incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor — honestly some of the best I’ve had in a very long time. The staff made the visit even better with their warm, welcoming attitude and excellent service. You can really tell they care about their guests. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for delicious food and a wonderful dining experience!

This used to be my favorite place! It breaks my heart. They’ve taken away the waffle fries, and the chicken doesn’t taste the same. It’s like they’ve lost everything that made them unique.

What a treat! Passing through town on our way home and made a quick stop at Bootleg and we were SO impressed. BEST fried chicken since we were kids! Light, seasoned and fresh. No fat, not chewy. Customer service was great!
