If you are in the area, you should definitely stop here! Everything we had was delicious and the service was amazing. By the end of the meal my kids were talking about how good everything was and how we are definitely coming back, even though we live 9 hours away, and my daughter was telling my husband to make sure he tips well cuz everyone was so kind.
The atmosphere when you walk in is so fitting with the historic town of Goliad! The decor is centered around the history of this lovely town. The owners and their staff treat you like VIP family. Our drinks never ran dry, there was always someone walking by making sure we had everything we needed. They made recommendations about the desserts and asked for our feedback. While in town from Victoria, we stopped in. WOW!! I can’t remember the last time I felt that the service outshined the food. Don’t get me wrong… the food is absolutely delicious. Wish I could eat it all. However, the service and conversation from the owner (Sam) and his family was the best we’ve had in years. Bless them and their hearts for God with your business.
