The food at Acapulco Restaurant was solid—classic Mexican dishes that did their job. The service, though... wow. Our server acted like we were invisible until it was time to bring the check, and suddenly he came to life like a Disney character who just heard the word “tip.” He barely helped us, looked annoyed the whole time, and moved with the enthusiasm of someone who's been forced to come to work on their day off. I like to eat here anytime I'm in Gonzales , Texas. Good food. I had chicken enchiladas. Not the best I have ever had , but they are good. They had red sauce on the chicken meat. I'm not used to that. But it was good. Or I was really hungry. I have had breakfast here before. Breakfast is really good.
