How can a place with the Gonzales flag called “Come and Take It Bar and Grill” have a no firearms sign? The immortal 32 are rolling over in their graves. They didn’t fight their way into the beleaguered Alamo to have their memory spit on by having to leave my sidearm in the car.
Come and eat here! Stopped for dinner on a Sunday night based on other favorable reviews, and the place did not disappoint! We debated on appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, or steaks. Everything sounded really good and took us a few minutes to decide. Sizzling chicken fajitas served on a mound of sautéed peppers and onions with beans, rice, guacamole and pico were fabulous. The Tuscany chicken came grilled in a perfect al dente spaghetti robed in delicious cream sauce and sparked...
I’m very glad I came and checked out this local hotspot. The food was a little above average, but the atmosphere and the staff were wonderful. Looking forward to coming back again.
