I was on a day motorcycle ride about a 250 mile round trip from Georgetown Tx to Gonzales Tx. I stopped at DQ for a bite. I got the $7 deal. Everything was great. I was so impressed the restaurant was already very clean. But when staff wasn’t serving customers they were cleaning. Very very impressive!!!!

The food was made fresh but Dairy Queen food is horrible. Meaning the quality of meat pattie in burger are like hot cardboard and your steak finger you can change the name to batter fingers you can't even taste the beef that use to be in them! Whatever happen to fresh hamburger meat in products but us the consumer have allowed fast food chains to serve the artificial they sale us!

I have never liked DQ. The food has always seemed sloppy. If you go to the drive-thru when you get home the lettuce, pickles, onions, etc are never on the bun, but on the outside of the burger. McDonald's is even worse in this area. That being said I had the Carolina Reaper tacos. In the past DQ was absolutely horrible in taco shell quality. This visit was much improved in that area. I actually enjoyed the tacos. The heat was subtle and the flavor was there. I hope they improve their drive-thru issues.

They were pretty busy and the worker looked pretty young so that could be why my blizzard wasn't made right and my burger (that I added at the window, my bad) was cold.
