I spent $35.40 It shows on my bank account. I wanted two mid pizzas. One with the stuff crust with pineapple and pepperoni light on the sauce. The other normal crust with all the meats normal sauce. I spent $35.40. If I could show my bank account statement I would be 100% open to it on this post.
I called my local dominos pizza place and told him they charged me $35.40 for two medium pizzas with delivery.
Dominos charged me on my end and I would do a pick up instead as the website had an error and show my bank account for the charge.
I was willing to show my charge on my bank account for two pizzas and two pizzas in the cart on the website.
He told me that’s a cooperate issue. He has zero business with cooperate charging me and my name not showing up in his store for the pizzas that I ordered and would not accept my plea for him to honor my charges and see my bank transaction for two medium pizzas.
On my end my bank shows dominos $35.40 charge and the manager told me I don’t have an order at his store and its corporates fault.
So I am out $35.40 for two pizzas waiting for my bank to open up tomorrow. I should have ordered Papa John’s. They would honor their cooperation charging me.
Long story short. Kennewick manager on duty is a prick.

Manger's attitude is always so horrible and disrespectful towards their employees!!! Night manager is completely disrespectful and seems to hate his job!!! Would highly recommend a new night manager ASAP!!! So many businesses have gone downhill due to nightly management smh!!!

My family was in a car accident last Friday and after the hospital we stayed at a hotel and ordered Dominos pizza. The pizza and cheese bread was amazing and we think his name was Chris, but not 100% sure went above and beyond giving his personal charger because we lost it all in the car fire. We are not from Texas, was there on vacation and the kindness shown we will never forget. Thank you.
