Some nice folks working here doing the best they can but Cutting down taco staff in the morning to one person makes the wait for tacos unfortunately too long for many to be able to wait and makes this the only Laredo taco in the state I’ve seen with just one person working behind the taco counter.

The place is terrible. Been there 3 times. The 1st Tina at 10am for breakfast but was told it lunch time menu only now. Went back at 5pm the same day to get something for dinner Since they close at 8pm. When I got there they only had 3 meat items and rice and cheese as add ons. Everything was dried out and super greasy. So I walked out again. Today I thought I’ll give it another try since it’s 2pm on a Saturday. Got there and what meats they had was literally swimming in grease. They called for an employee to help me . I picked the less greasy meat and asked for beans to be added. She literally had to add water to the beans because they were so dried out. I wanted to just tell her to forget it but didn’t want to hurt her feelings. I dumped the taco when I got home. It just looked gross. Never again. There’s definitely quit a few taco places here but I’ve never seen the bad quality or service as Laredo Taco Co. apparently they cook only once and once it’s gone that’s it and freshness is not a priority.
