I made an order through the app and they gave me the wrong order. I called to tell them and they made me another. I go to pick it up and I get home. And it was still wrong. 😩😡
I order my food, I was told it would be 40-60 minutes. that is a long time. but two hours later I did not have my food. I never got my food. They don't care. The lady in front of me, her order was all wrong but it was take it or leave it.
I have heard them tell customers they don't care if they never come back. your little $20 does not make a difference to them they will tell you your money does not effect them it is pizza hut , no reason for them to care.
