I bought a large dinner for my family and just ordered a drink for myself. When I got home, I choked on something that wasn't supposed to be in my drink. I called the location and from then on I had a great experience. The staff, manager and owner were all extremely professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to correct the issue and made sure I felt like a valued customer. We will be returning for the outstanding service, regardless of food.
It’s sonic, we know what it tastes like. My only issue with this location is they never put sauce in the bag. Even if the item is supposed to come with it. I always have to ask Them after they deliver. I also order on the app and if you add sauce in the app they don’t give it to you unless you pay for it. I’m 100% ok with paying for it but when I order on the app it’s because I don’t have my wallet so I couldn’t get the sauce if I wanted to. It seems crazy to have...
I ordered their new steak burger. It was good, however, the butter ended up only on one side of the burger. One side was pretty dry, while the side with all the butter was so salty, it was almost impossible to eat.
