Went through the drive thru and was the last person to receive my food. Don’t let them have you pull around to the front. You’ll be the last person to receive your food.

I ordered food late before closing and the lady that took my order and took my payment was not very nice, however Christian had superb customer service. She did not make me feel bad about ordering late. She kept me updated on my order which was fresh and was suowr nice. Thank you to her! I had a very long day and I know I ordered last-minute however unlike the lady at the window ans that took payment you didn't make me feel like a bother. Thanks so much!

I tried to pay inside at the kiosk but the Internet was down and my payment didn't go thru. I tried telling the attendant but she ignored me so I got free food and I'm sure other people did too. 10/10

Dirty place to eat. Floor was dirty trash on the tables. Not one person said a word. The female came to our table and took a taco back. She takes food out to the cars with gloves on and she doesn't change them when she goes in. Touching food with dirty gloves on... I'm not from Gonzales but the drive to Victoria is worth the drive.. so with that being said I'm going to contact corporate and yes even email them the pictures.....

Wouldn’t take my order at the register. They wanted me to use the greasy kiosk that hadn’t been cleaned since probably the night before. I walked out and went through the drive through so they could take my order. Food was cold when I received it.

owner needs to walk around and see what’s going on. customers not being waited on inside. kiosks.. 1 broken completely. the other doesn’t display pictures. this place is being mismanaged horribly. The employees do not greet customers. I don’t think they are receiving training.

I Haven’t received my food yet bc u had to order from the marquee but I have been standing at the counter for at least 5min, NO ONE working says hello or stopped to help us. They come around the counter and look but NOTHING IS SAID!!! Better service at night with a tall white gentleman who always checks us out. Another customer walked in and it’s the same thing. I said if you want to eat today you will need to check out on the order here marquee. Reeeediculous!! I gave a review for the white gentleman who helped us at night most back . So sad… [update] just received my food and no drinks given until I asked. Food is fresh which is a plus.

Workers were very friendly and helpful, even went so far as to ask if we needed anything else and if the food was satisfactory after we finished eating. One guy in particular was especially cheery, upbeat, and helpful; didn’t catch his name but had a metal chain for his keys and worked the register.

The size of the bean burrito is soooo small now. It was mostly tortilla. The price is soooo high too. If you raise the price, you shouldn't decrease the portion.
