Food was fine IF ID GOTTEN EVERYTHING I ORDERED. They charged me for my nacho fries BUT DIDNT PUT THEM IN MY BAG. And no straw. Service wasn't very friendly. Its not that hard to put an order together and get it right. If you don't want everything you order, then definitely go here.

I honestly have not been to Toco Bell in years. But when I heard they had my Tostada back, I had to have it and my Mexi melt . Everything was as as I remembered but they sorta shorted me on Mexi melt the Tostada was everything and more .

The service blows I'm ordering my food and every time I give her an item next anything else next anything else like she doesn't want to be there the Taco Bell here blows to the comparison of the one in Seguin is completely opposite the food is better the service is better the atmosphere is better the employees at Gonzales taco bells should be retrained by them in fact I am willing to drive 30 minutes just to go there and say having to put up with them here
Taco bell is the place you go when your expectations are low, but even then this location consistently limbos under those expectations. Cold food made with flaky, old, hard tortillas, refried beans that are so old theyve turned dry, and lettuce that should have been tossed a week ago. The employees are nice but whoever is running the place needs a new food handler's card.

The person at the window basically threw my box of food at me almost. The big wasn't even closed all the way. Dr pepper was watered down, no ice really. Just about melted when I got it.

They didn’t have tortillas couldn’t get burritos or quesadillas also they were out of Baja blast one of the main reasons I go to Taco Bell this was the worst Taco Bell I ever been to.

We had to sit there and here a manager argue with a customer. She refused to give a refund. The customers food was literally frozen. Then he had to wait a longtime for it. Refusing a customer a refund and lying about policy is definitely a way to get sued.
