This is our first time visiting this location and we were stopping by after we got into a wreck an hour prior… The staff was so nice and treated us so well that I wanted to leave a review about how this left such a positive effect on us. We are very thankful for the kindness and will always remember it ♥️

The people at Whataburger in Gonzales are super friendly. They work fast and hard. It is extremely clean. I will make this my go to place on all my hill country trips.
Parking: People there are the best I have encountered. They clean constantly and well. Order was fast and perfect.
Kid-friendliness: They were very nice to my 2yo granddaughter.
Slow service as usual. 3 people in drive through, took about 10 minutes to get my food--which was sloppily put together. The normal for this place. Sometimes you just want Whataburger though...

This is the BEST burgwr place I have visited. The people are incrdibly friendly. They thoroughly cleaned each table as soon as someone left. They offered us a refill before leaving. Will return.
The people working are always nice. The food, just okay. Why can the order never be just right and as ordered? Does the person in the back have to compress (push on) the bun so hard? WhY is a chocolate shake not at least tan in color or actually taste chocolatey? Atmosphere? It's a fast food burger place - no candles, chandeliers or waiters to refill drinks.

Really it should be no stars. I come here often and I just don't get it. Maybe I'm tired of McDonald's and want something different. But when ever I order something special made they get it wrong. I ask for two drinks I get three instead of a refund they offer two cookies. And the little girl on the speaker is to busy copying super troopers or good burger to listen. This location is not looking good. Tighten up!!! If I was your mystery shopper y'all failed!
