I enjoy the fresh burgers they serve here all around great place to eat especially those late nights when all others are closed
Dirty tables. Door was propped open to let the dozens of flies in. Even the off the clock Manager sitting there waiting for her ride home, did and said nothing about the flies or filthy tables. Service gets 3 stars, kid taking my order had the burger cut in half for my wife.

Came in as was staying out of town..usually whataburgers are 24 hours. Walked right in at 6:55am and ready to order when a rude girl mopping the floor told me that it was closed..Well let me make a suggestion lock the doors then..I'm glad I didn't stay because lobby was so filthy (however she was mopping)Thankfully and like I said rude.I was really looking forward to some biscuits and gravy and was gonna wait but I felt if I would've gone in to order i probably would've been dealt with an attitude and I hate being treated this way..Maybe I'll visit again in a year or so and give it another try..

Had the worst experience with Marisa, she has a nasty attitude from the beginning and I could hear it through the drive-thru speaker, gave me my drink all spilled and nasty on purpose and got mad because she couldn’t hear me, didn’t even ask if I needed ketchup which everyone always does every time I go

Specifically want to call out Joshua for being a great ambassador for Whataburger. He went out of his way to not only ensure a complicated order was correct the first time but he was personable and professional. Great customer service overall!

I order a chicken sandwich with no bun, asked if they could instead wrap it in lettuce do to diet restrictions, I received a chicken breat thrown in a container with 2 small pieces of lettuce and 2 very thin wilted tomatoes, I was charged over $7.00 dollars for this, I brought it back in and asked for a refund, when I showed the manager the condition of the food, she asked if I wanted sauce on the side..I wanted what I paid for but got my refund and left. For the prices they charge they need to do better in preparation...

This was one of the nastiest Whataburgers I have ever been to. Dirty tables, not once did any employee come and clean off the tables. Customer's had to wipe down their own table, us included. The ceiling was absolutely disgusting, full of dirt and mold and a few tiles looked like they are ready to fall. The young lady behind the counter was angry, really angry. When we ordered she pulled out the large cup, but we wanted medium shakes. She took the cup threw it on the ground and then stepped all over it, before finishing our order. The fries were old and cold, onion rings were okay, and our burgers were ok but also cold. It took forever to get our food. Definitely do not recommend this Whataburger. We also ordered dine in, yet they made it to go and bagged it up.
