Great place to have lunch or dinner! First off there is ample parking and pleasant views. Upon walking in the door, I noticed how nice and professional the staff was. They were very accommodating throughout my stay. The wait staff was top-notch, and our waitress Riann was brand new, but was very accommodating, attentive, and knowledgeable. The food was fantastic. Everything was perfectly cooked from the elk chops to the salmon. I will revisit soon!
If you're looking for one of the best patios on Possum Kingdom Lake, Hemingway's Possum Kingdom is the place. The lake views are beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and it's a great spot to enjoy a meal and a drink.

Audrey was our server and she helped us so much on what to order. I got the blackened salmon, and my wife got the chicken fried chicken on her suggestion. Holy moly was it good!! We could have easily shared it. It was so tinder, yet crispy and absolutely perfect. The salmon was good, but the CFC was incredible.
