Whoever is the manager of this establishment needs to check the night workers. We went in ordered three steak finger combos. We didn't get gravy or fries. I went and told them they said they were making it we sat waiting 20 minutes. My husband then went up and told them they said they gave us everything after I had already spoke to them and they said they would have it right out. Would not refund our money or fix the problem. Because my husband ate his steak fingers. If they can't do a simple job they don't need to be there. I have worked fast food and that place was a joke tonight. We would never have treated people like that we will not be back.

I figured I haven't had Dairy Queen in about 3 years, and it's Father's Day. So i've seen this location, and I figured I'd go in and get me ice cream cone with sprinkles. Well the l the young gentleman behind the counter, took my order and everything was fine. Then the lady said we don't put sprinkles on ice cream cones. telling him not to do it again. So it needs us to say, I get a vanilla cone with no sprinkles. I didn't want to even ask for my 75 cents back that they charged me for sprinkles I've never heard of that my entire life. Thank you for the unpleasant, visit today. I'd suggest whataburger or Braums that's where I went after I threw my ice cream in the garbage. They sell a ice cream also that was really good. I would definitely stay away from Dairy Queen. In this area

I waited in line for more than ten minutes for one ice water. I called to ask why they didn't send the car in front off me around the building to wait and they called me an angry customer and said that they only have two people they're and don't have time to run an order out to a car. Running the order putt takes two minutes. That's less time than I spent in the line. I wasn't angry, just upset that they weren't thinking about the customers in the line. I've worked fast food and it isn't that hard too ask someone to pull around then take the order out.

Definitely shouldn’t take 25 minutes to fry 4 pieces of chicken and some fries…. Some of us only get so much time to eat on our lunch breaks.

I’m not sure what this lady’s name is but her service was horrible and rude. I was with my family trying to order blizzards. I ordered a brownie blizzard and she tried to tell me I ordered a heath… I’m not sure how those sound alike. Then she proceed to say that’s not what came out of my mouth… I think I’d know what just came out of mouth!! Not to mention I had already turned off the truck so that she could hear me clearly. I told her “Thank you, never mind I’ll go inside” and she replied with “You’re gonna do what? No, thank YOU for being rude.”

Went to Dairy Queen by passed Braum’s for a banana split barley any toppings and the left off the pecans which we specifically ask for then the pineapple was chunks not crushed. Texture I’ll just stop at Braum’s! People just don’t care any more. Dairy Queen use to be famous for its banana split but what a waiste of money!
