“Store #16 on Sheridan Rd in Tulsa. It is my go to store. For a while I was going there and most employees were not friendly at all. Today I went there and was waited on by a brand new employee, Blake. He was extremely friendly and it was a delight to talk to him. He told me it is his first day and he loves it. I found this store has a new manager. I was also there last week and was waited on by a very friendly young girl at the drive thru window.The entire mood of the employees has changed. My advice to store #16 is to keep your new manager and give Blake a reward for being so friendly.”

“We stopped in here, about 30 minutes before they were supposed to close after the high school softball tournament games, and they were very friendly and happy to accommodate our group of six people. The food came out quickly, and it was all delicious. We got everything from juevos rancheros to fajitas to shrimp and tacos, and The House special enchiladas. Everything was fresh and it was not the same old Mexican food that you get in every other restaurant. It had a very authentic flavor and even the shrimp was delicious. All of the staff were very nice and accommodating. We ended up being there well after closing, but they had a few other tables that came in around the same time we did and had stayed late as well and the staff were very nice about it. We made sure to tip really good to help cover the extra time they were there! We would definitely go back if we are in the area again!”

She was so sweet, went above and beyond, timed everything perfectly, had amazing recommendations, and really felt like she wanted our experience to be perfect. “Our team cam into Graham for some property inspections. Decided to stop in for lunch, I was a little hesitant to stop here, but decided to give it a chance. So glad we did, everything was absolutely amazing. The service was exceptional. Will absolutely be back even if it’s 100 miles out of the way. “Good food. Inexpensive. Around $12 per person. The only thing is like in other review says, they give you the bill after the 1st plate.
It’s feels a little bit uneasy.

Suggestion: Maybe increasing the price per person may fix the balance between having a better costumer experience while staying profitable.”

“This place never disappoints for our high school teams when we travel. Played in Olney, game went long and our original place didn't want to wait. Called Chicken Express and told them our situation, Not only did they help, they stayed after hours, let our girls team use the restroom, had our food ready, gave us trash bags for the road trip home but also hooked us up with yummy cookies at no additional charge. This is not the first time they have gone above and beyond for a team I've coached. Many thanks and appreciation from Baird Lady Bears Softball”

“I had the adult mac and cheese. There wasn't anything wrong with it but just for a mac and cheese I give it about a 6 out of 10.

I thought the atmosphere was very nice and had good character and worth an escape from DFW.

Service was okay but I was there in the middle of Cinco de Mayo festival”

“We ordered from the drive-through. The person on the intercom was courteous and very sufficient. Our food was just like we orded it.
The burger and fries were cooked well, they were good. They got us through the line in a timely manner and they were not greedy with the condiments. They placed a reasonable amount of napkins in our bag and did not forget straws. Our drinks came the specific way we ordered them, as well.”
