“Store #16 on Sheridan Rd in Tulsa. It is my go to store. For a while I was going there and most employees were not friendly at all. Today I went there and was waited on by a brand new employee, Blake. He was extremely friendly and it was a delight to talk to him. He told me it is his first day and he loves it. I found this store has a new manager. I was also there last week and was waited on by a very friendly young girl at the drive thru window.The entire mood of the employees has changed. My advice to store #16 is to keep your new manager and give Blake a reward for being so friendly.”

“Ok Mexican food. In the top 5 places to get Mexican in Graham. Service was good. Food was fast. Atmosphere is ok. Lighting is too bright imo but comfortable enough. Driveway is horrible with a very steep entry and exit. Next to a druggy motel so lock your vehicle!!!”

She was so sweet, went above and beyond, timed everything perfectly, had amazing recommendations, and really felt like she wanted our experience to be perfect. “Our team cam into Graham for some property inspections. Decided to stop in for lunch, I was a little hesitant to stop here, but decided to give it a chance. So glad we did, everything was absolutely amazing. The service was exceptional. Will absolutely be back even if it’s 100 miles out of the way. “Just moved here & tried for the 1st time. This is the cleanest Subway we have ever been in.
The food was fresh, never seen roll down glass cabinets before and the staff was courteous & polite.”

“Good food. Inexpensive. Around $12 per person. The only thing is like in other review says, they give you the bill after the 1st plate.
It’s feels a little bit uneasy.

Suggestion: Maybe increasing the price per person may fix the balance between having a better costumer experience while staying profitable.”

“This place never disappoints for our high school teams when we travel. Played in Olney, game went long and our original place didn't want to wait. Called Chicken Express and told them our situation, Not only did they help, they stayed after hours, let our girls team use the restroom, had our food ready, gave us trash bags for the road trip home but also hooked us up with yummy cookies at no additional charge. This is not the first time they have gone above and beyond for a team I've coached. Many thanks and appreciation from Baird Lady Bears Softball”

“The lunch we had was well portioned and delicious. We had the ahi tuna wrap and ahi tuna nachos topped off with lava cake with ice cream. Will revisit this place if ever in this area again!”

“We ordered from the drive-through. The person on the intercom was courteous and very sufficient. Our food was just like we orded it.
The burger and fries were cooked well, they were good. They got us through the line in a timely manner and they were not greedy with the condiments. They placed a reasonable amount of napkins in our bag and did not forget straws. Our drinks came the specific way we ordered them, as well.”
