“Store #16 on Sheridan Rd in Tulsa. It is my go to store. For a while I was going there and most employees were not friendly at all. Today I went there and was waited on by a brand new employee, Blake. He was extremely friendly and it was a delight to talk to him. He told me it is his first day and he loves it. I found this store has a new manager. I was also there last week and was waited on by a very friendly young girl at the drive thru window.The entire mood of the employees has changed. My advice to store #16 is to keep your new manager and give Blake a reward for being so friendly.“

“We ordered from the drive-through. The person on the intercom was courteous and very sufficient. Our food was just like we orded it.
The burger and fries were cooked well, they were good. They got us through the line in a timely manner and they were not greedy with the condiments. They placed a reasonable amount of napkins in our bag and did not forget straws. Our drinks came the specific way we ordered them, as well.“

“We stopped at the Graham Fairy Queen as it was nearing closing time, and all three employees were working hard to clean up. One immediately stopped, went to the counter and took and made our order, and served it with a smile and told us to have a blessed evening. All three asked how we were doing and engaged in conversation. Highly recommend!“
