“This has happened twice now, I get a cookie dough with mint and CONE DIP, and twice now they have put the chocolate chunks. I don't mind paying the extra for cone dip, I know the difference between the dip and chunks. I just want what I ask for..“
“I almost always have a problem when I order here, but on my most recent trip, the young folks who served my order were so sweet about it, that it more than compensates for the problems.Maybe, they didn't know what a la carte means on their menu. Maybe, it was because I told them I was diabetic and could not have the fries and drink, but they carefully prepared a burger with lettuce and tomatoes and pickles but no bun, and put it in a plastic container. I should have thanked them and eaten it that way instead of having them put it in a bun, but thought since it's their menu that says a la carte, it was worth getting it correct. (On their menu, it means without fries and a drink.)Thank you, you wonderful people, for going to all that trouble and being sweet about it. You will go far. I think I was a bit of a stick in the mud for handing the food back. My apologies.“
“I've been here a couple times and had fantastic service by a young fella named Evan.This last time, a couple people in my car were just terrible when it came to ordering what they wanted (My grandma, Amelia & my grandpa, Harlon).They also had some ridiculous requests as far as condiments, even LOTS of salt but that awesome young man was patient, kind, and very professional.“
