“Hard to mess up breakfast, just as hard to impress. Bacon and eggs are great, could have either had more hashbrowns or a little better. Pretty standard coffee for a cafe. Just to be clear I enjoy cafe food, and my expectations are compared to equivalent cafe experiences. They claimed to be understaffed, but in my experience they had plenty of people. They are just that busy. I have to say the service was great despite how busy it was. Add to that, it's one of the few places open on a Sunday. Great food for the value, great service for a Sunday rush. It's nothing fancy, but not a dingy greasy spoon cafe either.“

“The only reason I put a five story review is because I don't want the employees to look bad because they are great!!! However, all of their machines that you pull up to do not have the ability to give tips,!! The owners have these employees out here serving and earning a living for you.And you can't fix the machine so that they can receive a tip???? More than ninety percent of the machines do not allow you to tip!!! This is completely ridiculous.This needs to be fixed.I'm gonna come back and i'm gonna see if it's fixed! If They do not fix this.I'm going to draw a lot of attention to this!!!!“

“Stopped in for lunch, thank baby Jesus I missed my turn. Great burger 🍔, you will not be disappointed in the portions. Flavor was excellent. Great fries!

Had the specialty Giant Burger, everything on it w/ jalapeños.

“My wife and I went I for dinner yesterday, they were so apologetic for being out of pork ribs. I saw one customer decide to go somewhere else, I assume they really wanted ribs, they weren’t rude when leaving, which I was glad about. Our food was phenomenal and a heck of a lot of it! The brisket was so tender and moist, and the giant baked potatoe was loaded with the fixings, you don’t get that everywhere! I got the Sampler with turkey, bologna, hot link, and sausage, all was cooked perfectly! The pickled onions on the veggie bar are amazing too!!! The manager Brittany was so sweet, and all staff was friendly creating a great atmosphere!“

“I stopped by for lunch to kill some time, and the entire team completely made my day. Every single staff member was in an amazing mood, joking with customers and spreading positive energy. As I sat inside, I noticed that every guest, whether walking through the front door or ordering via the drive-thru, received the exact same treatment, genuine respect, kindness, and a welcoming smile. It was a refreshing contrast to the typical fast-food experience. A special shout-out to the manager, JT (who was filling in for Lisa), and his co-worker, Cyriss, for creating such a great environment. I would return just for the fantastic service!“

“I have never in my life been to a Mcdonald's and received such amazing customer service as I did tonight at the location in Springtown. Everyone was super professional and courteous. The young man who handed me our food actually stood there while I looked in the bag to make sure there was nothing else we needed. NEVER happens at most locations. Often times the bag is almost thrown at you and window slammed before you have a chance to say anything. Kudos to the hiring and training team and outstanding staff. I was impressed!! Go Springtown. Maybe we are just nicer people.😁“

“Kim lopez made my entire night. I had a horrible day at work. Stopped by and ordered food. I ask for fries with no salt and by the time I got through the drive through they weren't what I was expecting. She didn't ask questions and replaced them instantly when I came inside. Protect her at all cost. Greeted me with an amazing smile and didn't show any frustration even though she seemed slightly irritated with how her night was going and didn't let that effect her. A1 service. If y'all don't give her a raise shame on y'all. Night shift sucks and she made day better. Only thing I can complain about I asked for no mayo on my spicky McChickens and it looked liked the kitchen took that as a challenge and added extra. I didn't notice until I got home regardless of that incompetence in the cooks fault I will 100% return souly because of sweet Kim Lopez.“
