I got my food from Tony in pickup spot 1 today. He was absolutely amazing and lit up my day. I hope I get Tony every time I'm there. 10/10 service and just a nice person in general.
Kim lopez made my entire night. I had a horrible day at work. Stopped by and ordered food. I ask for fries with no salt and by the time I got through the drive through they weren't what I was expecting. She didn't ask questions and replaced them instantly when I came inside. Protect her at all cost. Greeted me with an amazing smile and didn't show any frustration even though she seemed slightly irritated with how her night was going and didn't let that effect her. A1 service....read full review
I got to go here with some new friends of mine. It was so amazing. My friends said that it's kind of a joke that the McDonald's icecream machine is never working but they said that this place was the exception. My ice cream was amazing and I loved it! So far, my experience on earth, has been gratifying and most welcoming. Tikel really missed out by not coming.

McDonald's in Hillsboro provides quick service with a friendly staff. The location has ample parking and can accommodate all vehicle sizes. The play area could be cleaner, but the food is consistent with other locations. Some customers find that staff can be rude and lack good customer service, and occasionally orders are wrong or food is stale. Despite these issues, many still enjoy breakfast sandwiches and large coffees with hazelnut syrup, and some appreciate the convenience of curbside service, even though inside pickup can sometimes be faster. This spot is in a travel stop and offers deals through the McDonald's app, such as discounts on fuel and meal options. Overall, it remains a convenient place for a quick meal, though experiences may vary.
