I waited in line for more than ten minutes for one ice water. I called to ask why they didn't send the car in front off me around the building to wait and they called me an angry customer and said that they only have two people they're and don't have time to run an order out to a car. Running the order putt takes two minutes. That's less time than I spent in the line.
I wasn't angry, just upset that they weren't thinking about the customers...

Went for lunch and ordered chicken strips. The server immediately greeted me with a big smile and made me feel welcome.\nThe restaurant and men’s room were clean.\nThe chicken strips were very hot when delivered to my table. However, they tasted like left over grease. Unusual taste.

I recently visited the Dairy Queen on Hwy 16 S in Graham, TX, and I would rate it 3 stars. The food itself was a highlight, with our DQ Dude and Steak Finger basket being hot and fresh. However, the ordering experience through the drive-thru left much to be desired. The person taking our order was barely audible, and the wait time was extended when we were asked to park and wait for our food, which took 5-10 minutes.
