I eat tacos several times a month and they are always good. Tonight on Labor Day they were not even hot! I live about 2 miles east so they don't have a long way to come. Tonight on Labor Day they were not good!! The meat was cold, not even warm. The kitchen did not take care of business. Sad state of affairs for DQ Graham!

Charged me 5 dollars for a water bottle. When I got my food they forgot to put it in the bag. I asked for 3 dollars back since the water costs 1.99 and they threw a dollar on the counter and walked away. Never gave me my water or my money back…

Do people still do 'Malts'? You know, 'Vanilla Malt', 'Chocolate Malt', 'Strawberry' etc., etc.,..... ? Cause the last 3 (milkshake) places we've been to act like they don't know malt from shinola.... Am I missing something? Is this the 'Malt' Mandala effect? My partner really liked the Belt Buster and fries. My shake was ok. 3 stars only cause fast-food is awful for us- but hell, now you can't grow a watermelon from its seed so..... Tomato, Tomnotoh.

Went in and ordered a number 10( the dude). Well I got my order and the order took it down wrong and gave me tacos. I had told him he got the order wrong and then just walked away, so we took the tacos to the counter and told him it was wrong. We waited and waited and he was not wanting to fix HIS mistake. So we went to the counter to get a refund and he said he had to call his manager because “he knows what he’s doing and I had ordered the tacos”. It was like pulling teeth to get my refund for the tacos. My husband had ordered tacos with no lettuce and he got his tacos, with lettuce. The worker was very rude and just wasn’t going to deal with us. I ended up getting a refund, just not the full refund for the tacos I didn’t order.
