My wife is from Taiwan and the same city as the owners. This is 10/10 the best food that reminds us of home. 100% authentic, they will cook you anything.
The owners are lovely people and this is a must every time we visit.

A small family-owned and operated restaurant in Graham, TX. Excellent customer service. Food was freshly prepared, yummy and reasonably priced. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. We had the vegetable stir fry with rice. They also have a good lunch buffet.
