McDonald's is McDonald's. I didn't go in so I really can't give more than 3 stars.It is the quintessential cookie cutter eatery. They were pleasant and actually gave me more than one napkin. The McGriddle wasn't just slapped together, so bonus service points.

I give about one and a half Stars because every time I go up there and make a customized order for instance like no onions on my burger or to add tomatoes to my chicken sandwich, they never accommodate

While driving in from Newcastle to pickup an on line order I added a second order going through to tell them the code. I had to give them a code for the fries from the app but sucked in my breath when the total for a 1.00 drink,a regular cheese burger and free medium fries was 12.39...oh and the manager who came back to the window to fix it barked at me for the code and had the NERVE to tell me to hurry up because a line was forming behind me!!! You people need to learn customer service skills because I could take my money to taco bell just as fast and at least they smile 😃

Service is always bad and don't ask for any sauce they tell you they have to charge for them. Go to Whataburger they don't charge for condiments.

The crispy chicken sandwich I ordered was good, but I also wanted the new granny mcflurry. The woman told me the machine was broken. . . Really living up to the stereotypes, huh? The people at the front are dry af with their people skills. They'll stare at you like you're an alien. This place, evidently, needs new management and staff; people who will care to get the job done.

Used to always give this location 5 stars- Now it's mediocre. The staff WOULD NOT EVEN TALK TO ME Monday morning. Don't expect a welcoming experience in the drive thru. I guess pay raises can't fix attitudes.

You would have better luck at getting your order faster if you went inside. McDonald's has recently begun to have an overwhelming amount of customers in the drive thru pulling up to park and waiting for their food. I was ordering breakfast in the morning when I was asked to pull forward and park. I already had most of my food, I was just waiting for my caramel frappe when they asked. It was weird that they asked me to pull forward and park all because of a DRINK, but what was even weirder was that i waited 10 minutes before I backed into the drive thru to let them know i was tired of waiting and i needed to leave, only THEN did they magically have my drink ready. I never really have this kind of problem if i order at the cash register inside.
