We visited late at night after a free concert of a very popular country artist. This place was PACKED! There was a long wait and considering how busy they were and how packed the lobby was of young kids, the drive-thru staff was very patient and pleasant and the food was fresh and our order was correct.

This was a really great McDonald's a really perfect operation. The staff was friendly the staff was courteous the staff was kind the staff was polite the staff was very hardworking it was clean it was well-organized and the food was great. The staff didn't give me no trouble about being there about working on my computer about charging my devices about staying for so long they were really passive and really aware and understanding and did a great job.

A few mistakes with my food cleared up but overall good food, and service.
McDonald's is McDonald's. I didn't go in so I really can't give more than 3 stars.It is the quintessential cookie cutter eatery. They were pleasant and actually gave me more than one napkin. The McGriddle wasn't just slapped together, so bonus service points.

While driving in from Newcastle to pickup an on line order I added a second order going through to tell them the code. I had to give them a code for the fries from the app but sucked in my breath when the total for a 1.00 drink,a regular cheese burger and free medium fries was 12.39...oh and the manager who came back to the window to fix it barked at me for the code and had the NERVE to tell me to hurry up because a line was forming behind me!!! You people need to learn customer service skills because I could take my money to taco bell just as fast and at least they smile 😃

Service is always bad and don't ask for any sauce they tell you they have to charge for them. Go to Whataburger they don't charge for condiments.
