This is the 2nd time I ordered off the app and they canceled my order just bc they didn’t want to work bc the first time I heard the lady say that she canceled the order bc they didn’t have enough ice and they canceled it again just now and then they wanna say they can’t cancel it from there bs.

Workers are rude and clueless. They don’t know the menu. When I try to order a meal they tell me that particular thing doesn’t come as a meal which it does. They make my coffee wrong by adding add-on items to it without me ordering it that way. Every time I have to correct them they get an attitude. Whole store needs more training, including management.

We visited late at night after a free concert of a very popular country artist. This place was PACKED! There was a long wait and considering how busy they were and how packed the lobby was of young kids, the drive-thru staff was very patient and pleasant and the food was fresh and our order was correct.

This was a really great McDonald's a really perfect operation. The staff was friendly the staff was courteous the staff was kind the staff was polite the staff was very hardworking it was clean it was well-organized and the food was great. The staff didn't give me no trouble about being there about working on my computer about charging my devices about staying for so long they were really passive and really aware and understanding and did a great job.
