You would have better luck at getting your order faster if you went inside. McDonald's has recently begun to have an overwhelming amount of customers in the drive thru pulling up to park and waiting for their food. I was ordering breakfast in the morning when I was asked to pull forward and park. I already had most of my food, I was just waiting for my caramel frappe when they asked. It was weird that they asked me to pull forward and park all because of a DRINK, but what was even weirder was that i waited 10 minutes before I backed into the drive thru to let them know i was tired of waiting and i needed to leave, only THEN did they magically have my drink ready. I never really have this kind of problem if i order at the cash register inside.

French fries were hard and cold, almost like Lincoln Logs. Even my dog wouldn't eat them. The chicken nuggets were OK. Most likely in a warming box. They were out of apple slices and I asked her what she could do for a substitute...got a blank stare. At least the chocolate milk was cool and not sour.... and they do not have any salads. I was so disappointed. This was the third strike and now McDonalds is out.

Employees and management are rude and don’t greet customers. They act like it is a problem to serve the customers and doordashers. They have no problem talking about everything but business with each other while making dashers late on deliveries and customers frustrated. ?Vegetarian options: Need vegetarian options other than French fries.

Horrendous the counter by the drink station was filthy it is more than obvious that nobody was cleaning it. Ordered food we t to picking up and when I told the employee that the food was to be ate in the restaurant she put a tray on the counter and said do you want me to take it out of the bag? Her actions were so obviously painful for her to actually do her job that I picked up the bag and flipped it upside down. When I went to the counter to get service nobody was paying attention to anyone coming up to the counter. The female that finally came to the counter walked with her shoulders down slow walked to the counter was so obvious that she didn't want to be there. I worked at a McDonald's in Walnut Creek. CA. had lines out the door, we had to pay attention to detail and make sure each and every customer was satisfied. It is more than obvious that the employees at this restaurant couldn't care less. If I am spending my hard earned money at a restaurant I want people to pay attention and at the very least pay attention to my needs and not act like it is painful for them to do so.
