This place sucks. The waited 20 mins just for someone to come to the front and take our order. Then waited 40 mins to get our order and it wasn't complete. Waited another 15 mins to get bread sticks to complete order and talked to several employees who didn't know how to do anything.

Went in the middle of the day, the place was empty except for the staff. The pizza was good, too bad more people did not take advantage of the parlor.

This place is the worst. Your employees can't take a simple order for one pizza. They charge you for condiments and don't give them to you. My whole order was wrong.
I leave an hour away. I can't just have them drop off the correct order.
Heather took my order. Ordered a large pan supreme, mushrooms on half. And two ranch cups.
My pizza had mushrooms on the whole thing, it was hand tossed no pan, and if course no ranch cups that I paid 1.30 for. And don't let me forget, they didn't slice it through. Made a huge mess.
Lost a pair of loyal customers tonight.

I feel bad for the employees. it’s clear they are understaffed. It wasn’t always like this, but it’s taking an hour for delivery on a weekday. Pretty ridiculous in such a small town. Definitely done eating

Really hit and miss with new management. Recently, Online/app ordering down and pizza was very undercooked. Will skip Pizza Hut next time.
Went inside to eat floors were sticky tables were sticky and bathroom were gross. As for the food and service idk no one ever came out to great us. This is the first time I've been in in a while and I'm glad I did because now after seeing the inside I won't be ordering online anymore either.

They never get my order right. The last two times I ordered one I was told I didn't order what I ordered and the second there was no answering of the phone on their end when I called to tell them they in fact got my pizza wrong again. Pizza hut in graham is terrible ?
Terrible terrible customer service. I went thru Graham and decided eat at Pizza Hut. The person who waited on me acted like I was wasting her time. They obviously do not want to wait on their customers. I will NEVER go there again!
Employees were friendly, store was clean, but my pizza was far from adequate. As someone who was a manager of a pizza hut, I can tell you what the problem was. Crust that is tough is caused by using dough that has sat in the cooler too long after being proofed. All pizza hut dough comes frozen, thawed or proofed, then put back in the cooler to be used that day. Some locations will try to stretch it to the next day but that's as far as you are suppose to go. Dough that goes beyond this time frame starts to develop a smell and if baked the pizza will have a much tougher texture. My pizza was tough, did not have the recommended amount of toppings per pizza hut standards. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location and beware if you get a tough textured pizza.
While under new management we’ve had several issues about 5 different times. We had an issue where our order didn’t arrive until two hours after we ordered with no contact from the store, we’ve had items forgot, incorrect items, and quality issues twice. We receive old cheese sticks once & today we received a pizza they had forgotten our topping on so they cooked the toppings and just laid them on top after our pizza was already sitting in the hot box. Below is pictures from our most recent order. We love Pizza Hut, but we won’t be ordering from here for a while! Hopefully they can get the kinks worked out and get back to the good quality they were previously!Also, Anita has been so sweet every time i’ve called with an issue and tried her best to reconcile our issues!! Thank you, Anita!

This location was very clean. Great pizza, and Anita was great. Very kind and welcoming. Only have 5 star because there wasn’t a 10 star option.
I didn't like it because they didn't let us eat inside & we ordered takeout & they didn't give us napkins or anything, terrible service ??
Skip this Pizza Hut! You can't order on line to access deals if you have popular email addresses (such as gmail); when you call in, they won't honor the online deals; we waited 40 minutes for a large pizza after ordering at the store (paying full price); and we were informed upon receipt of the over-priced pizza that they were out of some of the ingredients. Upon getting home. We discovered additional ingredients were missing. No refund, just "I'm sorries." There's an alternate pizza provider down the road- try it instead!
I don't know what staff they have running tonight when I picked up my pizzas but they were horrible. I called it in for 2 large pepperoni for pick up- one thin crust one stuff crust-and the lady said 15 minutes. So I left my house and went to their drive thru where I waited almost 20 minutes behind another car. I finally pulled around and went inside where I waited another 10 minutes while they sat in the back cussing and messing around. The lady gave me one of my pizzas and then I had to sit and wait another 23 minutes for my other pizza while 6 other cars came in the drive thru. Two waited so long in the drive thru they pulled around and came in and two others drove off. They sat in the back throughout most of it. They told one lady that came in that they had to check the back for her pizza that had been an online order-she was still waiting when I left. If I could give them negative stars I would.
They hung up in me, when I called after an hr of waiting on medium pizza.
