Definitely in a Rock Bottom facility, but this is not Rock Bottom BBQ. Brisket was very good; pork was good but I preferred the brisket. Best part was the smoked tater salad. This place was worth the stop.

I knew the owner as he coaches a BBQ team as well. Let’s just say he was extra generous on the portions and even threw in a bag of his rub to try. Everything was cooked perfectly. Ribs were awesome and his brisket was spot on. He also cooks my favorite sausage (Slavacik from Snook). Sauce had more vinegar than I prefer but was still good. Star of the show…potato salad was Amazing! If you ever make it out that way, definitely worth the stop. Super reasonable prices, all that was 20 bucks.

If you are in Graham or maybe taking a trip out to Possum Kingdom Lake, find your way into the town (Graham) and find this place! You will not be disappointed. The street tacos are the S÷×@! The Sauce! Great food!

Rock Bottom BBQ catered for our family Christmas get together and it was absolutely phenomenal! Brisket was AMAZING! Ribs were AMAZING! And everyone said that the potato salad was the best they have ever had!!! It was all delicious as usual. Thank you!!!!!
