We loved eating here until tonight.. The server was horrible, as in you order / ask for something and you'd best not expect to get it. Don't get the all you can eat catfish because you will only get 3 pieces during dining and you'll get the bill and have to push to even get more.
The burgers are dried out when you get them and again if there's an issue the server is MIA. The manager tries, but she's busy handling the bar area and such to be more help, and the server blows her off as soon as she walks away.
At least the horrible live music made for comedic entertainment, that was the highlight.

Went here for lunch and was greeted by an empty host station. Was told to sit anywhere which is not a big deal but after 5-10 minutes I had to get up and grab my own menus. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

Stopped in for the first time with several friends. We were. Having a great time watching football and taking with other customers. Then the Bartemders boy friend showed up and they started playing gangster rap music. We asked them to turn it down and change the music, the boyfriend laughed at all of us and they help playing it.
You pissed off 15 customers for your boyfriend. Not a good business model

Awful experience. We stayed at a nearby Airbnb for Thanksgiving and my daughter's birthday happened to be on Black Friday. We were happy to find that most places were open and decide to try this place. We liked it at first amd were excited to have a fun birthday lunch. Things were off from the moment we were seated. We approached the waitress/hostess and were greeted with her looking at us, looking away, and told us "you can sit over there," at a table with 4 chairs for a party of 6. We grabbed a couple of extra chairs, not a big deal. Hospitality was lacking, but she was the only server on Black Friday, so we weren't too bothered. We ordered our drinks and were just talking for a bit. Suddenly, They turned one of the tvs on for a football game at full volume. None of us could hear each other well and it wasn't comfortable. One of my girls was covering her ears because it was so loud and my daughter, whose birthday we were celebrating, was very uncomfortable. My step dad asked someone who works there if they could turn it down. They turned it down barely to a volume still way too loud. He asked her if she could turn it down more because it was still obnoxiously loud. She told us we could sit in the back. We didn't bother because it was just as loud in the back as it was where we were in the small bar area. The woman behind the bar whispered to a man sitting at the bar, and pointed at us both looking our direction. The man looked very angry and moved all the way from the far end of the bar to the last seat closest to our table and where the TV is. He continued to stare at us. Everyone else in the restaurant was staring at the TV like there was no issue. Bizzare. We left before ordering because we and the birthday girl were so uncomfortable with the volume, and the atmosphere. An overall bizzare experience. Braum's across the street made up for it and she had a great birthday.
