If ever there is a mistake made, they are more than happy to make it right. They truly want to appease their customers. Easily the best coffee shop around. With their mobile app and mailed coupons it's a breeze to get affordable drinks! Even if their building has a long line they get through it in a breeze and i never wait long. The actual food is okay and the drinks are stellar. I've been coming to this establishment for quite a while and never once have I had a problem. The workers are also nice and very friendly. They have many delicious options and always produce the best drinks! Faster and cheaper than starbucks

So I give the coffee 5 starts at this particular location, however, I took two stars off because we choose not to use the app for several personal reasons. Due to not using the app, we are unable to receive points for the $20 we spend each time we come to scooters. There should be a way to give your phone number and still receive your points.
