Ive left reviews before about this same thing. Nothing is changing. At this point i almost think they are doing it intentionally and I feel victimized. So a route 44 cherry limeade shoukd hsve 4 whole real cherries in it. I pay for extra as well. I get 0 every time. Im not only not getting the original ones in my drink but you sre taking my money for extra and not giving me a single one. This is ridiculous.

I am amazed at this locations ability to get the order wrong every time. Last week, the slushy machine was broken and I was served syrup.... no mention from them about it until I sent the drink back and got a refund because I wasn't expecting to take a shot of room temperature syrup. Today, I had a very simple order of cheese fries with ranch and buffalo on the side. I got my ranch... no buffalo. If you're out of something or it's broken, it's very easy to inform your paying customers of that.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and a bacon egg and cheese and they burnt the chicken sandwich, the cheese wasnât melted completely on the bacon egg and cheese.

I waited 15 minutes with the red button activated to order only a drink & another 10 before I got it. When I asked if they were experiencing some kind of crisis inside, I was told 1 of the 2 workers called in sick, & the other did not want to work.

Where to start we order food it comes to 33.27 I give the car hop 40.27 now I should get back 7$ she tells me she has to go back to get my change fine. She comes back with 6.73 so evidently she doesn't know how to make change. Then we open our food my wife orders a super sonic burrito and apparently the cooks in the kitchen don't give a crap about their job. She opened up the wrapper to find an unwrapped burrito that was a sloppy mess. I open up my burger which is the new burger option the number 4 which in the menu is a cheesy bacon super sonic stack now bacon is in the name but there was not a trace of bacon on my burger tots were old and hard. Now I like sonic but if I'm ever driving through Graham again or going there for another competition I will definitely not be stopping here

I love a good smash burger, so I decided to give Sonicâs new smash burger a try. Nice char on the patties. The sauce gives a nice flavor. Very nice burger.
