I pull up with 3 cars there and wait close to 7-10 minutes to get my order taken, probably because half of them were outside conversating with someone. Finally get my order and surprise it was wrong so I called them back to fix it and I legit watched someone spit in my food, all cause I sent it back because it was wrong. When I confronted the rudest hopper I’ve ever met about it she said there’s nothing she could do because they replaced my order already. Don’t go to this location apparently cooks are allowed to spit in food.

Ive left reviews before about this same thing. Nothing is changing. At this point i almost think they are doing it intentionally and I feel victimized. So a route 44 cherry limeade shoukd hsve 4 whole real cherries in it. I pay for extra as well. I get 0 every time. Im not only not getting the original ones in my drink but you sre taking my money for extra and not giving me a single one. This is ridiculous.

Too many problems with their ownloaded APP orders! I expect my ordered ahead foods to be ready when I arrive. Left 15 minutes after checking in to the stall with NO food! 👎

I am amazed at this locations ability to get the order wrong every time. Last week, the slushy machine was broken and I was served syrup.... no mention from them about it until I sent the drink back and got a refund because I wasn't expecting to take a shot of room temperature syrup. Today, I had a very simple order of cheese fries with ranch and buffalo on the side. I got my ranch... no buffalo. If you're out of something or it's broken, it's very easy to inform your paying customers of that.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and a bacon egg and cheese and they burnt the chicken sandwich, the cheese wasn’t melted completely on the bacon egg and cheese.
