I received my order via DoorDash. When it arrived, it was the wrong order. I called Sonic and spoke to a shift manager that was very rude and then I spoke to the owner. All they did was put my name down to replace the sandwich they got wrong instead of bringing me the correct one. They wanted me to pay DoorDash AGAIN to bring me the correct order that Sonic screwed up. So, I tossed the nasty burger they sent me and had tator tots for lunch.

Chicken strip dinner: chicken strips were all torn up, fries were soggy and undercooked, toast was like a sponge and it was Missing requested condiments. Chili cheese coney add onions: had no onions. Touch screens and card readers hardly ever work. Waitress was friendly.

The worst Sonic I've seen - out of at least 50. They tend to screw up every single order and forget things like forks, salt, and straws, even when specially requested.

Ordered 2 drinks . Took awhile for them to answer and my Rt 44 sweet tea came out unsweetened. Would have said something up there but didn't get a drink until I left out.

The orders fail to match our orders.The cat dormitory on the porch.The excessive tribute to the team member that was killed in years past.The discarded equipment stacked on the rear parking lot near the fence is disgusting and unsightly!!!Needs more care on food prep and the exterior appearance of the restaurant.

The card reader on the machines never work so the employees have to take your card inside to swipe. The app is always temporarily unavailable in the mornings, half price drinks are nearly impossible at this location. The owner needs to put some money into this location so it’s not the worse sonic location in north Texas.
Worst sonic I’ve ever experienced. Had a car hop who claimed to be manager literally at my car screaming cursing and trying to get me out of my car for a physical altercation all because they couldn’t take an order or get a couple drinks right they had no problem ““ vanishing me, but still couldn’t get my drinks, right it’s Sonic. It’s a fountain drink you push a button not a hard concept at this location. It’s like Einstein’s theory of relativity to a bunch of monkeys.

Probably as many as a third of the order stands are non-functioning and some of the ones that are actually functioning the credit card readers aren't functioning The speakers are so bad there that you can't hear what the attendant is saying and the attendant can't hear you either
