I came in around 7:30 pm, which is over 5 hours before closing time, for an order on the app but they said they had ran out of the food. This wouldn’t be such a big deal but this happens EVERY time I go past like 6 pm. I obviously asked for a refund so they told me to do it through the app because they can’t do it in the store but I swear I’ve been able to get refunded for the same issue before, they could’ve changed rules however. The worker telling me what to do also didn’t seem like they really knew what they were doing but at least she was nice. This is probably the worst Taco Bell you could go to.

Didn’t realize we could make rules on how our coupons work at participating stores. Apparently to use a coupon to get a free item you have to purchase something to be eligible to use it.

Absolutely the worst taco bell. No matter what time I go the order is wrong or burned. I don't think its the staff but management or how little they pay them. Don't go here - its worth it to go to Mineral Wells instead.

The lady at the drive thru was really rude she complained about my wife counting change at (HER) window like we're esle are we supposed to pay? And she seems likes she's on something be careful here

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They hardly give you any meat and for the price of their food it is not worth the money. The nacho chips always always taste burnt like they never change out the grease. I will not spend any money at this Taco Bell again.

this is the absolute worst taco bell i’ve ever been to. they never give you enough food. i’ve given this place multiple chances and every time they mess it up. completely screwed up my order today and honestly that was my last straw. left out an entire burrito when i ordered 2 of the same box. how do you manage to do that? and every time i go they are always out of something. the employees were nice but they definitely don’t care about the food. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE!

I’m not going back! Called to request they warn customers of changed ingredients. I was told I was wrong and hung up on. Went to get a refund because of the lack of professionalism received a partial refund even tho I returned all of the food and apparently hanging up on a customer is a non issue!

This is actually one of the very few tac bells that actually got our order perfectly and fresh!!!! I was actually surprised because it seems like taco bell has been lacking lately.

They charged me for the drinks and the filling machine only gave out sparkling water in any drink. Besides, there were no people and it took more than 50 minutes to get my food.
