I know people talked bad about this taco bell in the beginning, but it hasn’t been anything but good food and great customer service as of late. The people working there now do a great job at everything and make sure their food and people are taken care of. That’s all we really ask for and they’re doing an exceptional job now.

I ordered my food over an hour and it still hasnt arrived. I called and asked where my food is as im on my lunch break at work and the lady that answered told me that she will get in when she can that she is training. Now i missed my lunch break and im starving

The absolute worst taco bell I've ever had in my life. First we pulled up to the window after waiting in line for 20 minutes. Then the guy at the window took our payment and told us to pull forward and didn't even give us our drinks. It took another 20 minutes to finally get our food, in which nothing was made correctly. Also the girl couldn't figure out which car was which. There were 4 other cars waiting on their food. The chicken quesadillas didn't have the sauce that's supposed to be on it. Everything was crammed into one bag. Folded up and stuffed. The chips were dumped out into the bag. The jalapeno ranch nacho fries didn't have any of the toppings that were supposed to be on it. The beefy 5 layer burrito had no cheese and had lettuce on it. Its not supposed to have lettuce on it. Plus they were out of 3 of their most popular drinks. Seems like there was no manager on duty and it was ran by a bunch of idiots. And when i asked for the stuff they missed like the quesadilla sauce and toppings for the nacho fries and our drinks i was met with attitude! I'm very disappointed as i drove 30 minutes out of my way for taco bell. Don't waste your time or your money folks.

10 am doors are locked. Employees are there, but ignoring me instead of unlocking the lobby.

Self order kiosk is difficult to navigate, & misleading. I added guacamole, & instead of putting it on the burrito they put it in a dish. It took 10 minutes to get my order, even though there were only 3 other parties in the dining area when I ordered. There was no one else ordering in the 5 minutes it took for me to order for my family.

Overcharged by kiosk I made the mistake of letting my wife order without reminding her to refuse to use the kiosk or we eat elsewhere. #1 I will not be forced to do your job its not my fault your understaffed I'm terribly sorry for that.#2 my order took way to long for a taco bell. #3 I'm not paying $47.00 for 3 drinks 4 quesadilla and 2 soft tacos
