Look I used to love this place but now it sucks actually, im not some bot, I almost got sick because of one burger it really sucks, because afternoon you eat you feel sick for like 20 minutes, I didn't eat a whole lot of food just one single burger. This is honestly disappointing

One of the best Whataburger staffs I've experienced. Food was quick and delicious. Appreciated the kindness and friendliness of the staff, especially how they treated the elderly man ordering behind me with respect and support.

they were so busy tonight and the food was still amazing! they forgot our fries but when we went around to get them they were super nice and apologetic! 10/10 service, staff, and food!

Loud rap music from the kitchen greeted us as we walked in the doors of this small town establishment. When we stepped to the counter to order (we were not greeted), the girl behind the register acted like she had no idea what she was doing. (We hope to assume that it was her first day on the job). We finished placing our order for 4 (in which she had to stop us multiple times to ask for help with the register), and stepped aside to wait for our drink cups. When none were given, I asked for them. The girl who had taken our order, looked puzzled, handed me 1 cup, and then acted like she couldnt give us any more cups. She went to ask for help in the back. Another woman came forward looking puzzled, asked if we had ordered food as well, and then went back toward the kitchen- still without handing us the 3 cups we were waiting for. 5-10 minutes later, the original girl came back with milkshakes in hand (which we had ordered) but still no drink cups. I asked for drink cups again, to which she promptly went behind the counter, and pulled 3 cups and handed them to us.
Our to-go food was delivered after about 15 minutes, and we went to the car. Upon passing out food in the car, found that the chicken sandwich I had ordered without mayo was completely void of any veggies or dressing. I went back in with the sandwich in hand and was met with a different person behind the register. As I explained that my sandwich was incorrect, he either couldn't understand that I wanted a chicken sandwich with no mayo, or he couldn't hear me over the loud music still coming from the kitchen.
He eventually understood, and brought me a new sandwich a few minutes later.
On a good note, once we finally received our correct, complete order...our food was tasty.
However, we will not be returning.

We visited Whataburger in Graham in connection with a visit to the Wildcatter Ranch. We had the chain recommended by a friend. Aaron stood in the box and helped us order. She was really sweet and helpful, made it so easy for us. We spoke a little with a young man who made the food. He asked in to Denmark, where we come from, so cute and interested. The food was good, we understand the recommendation, but the highlight of the visit was when Aaron and the cute young man came to our table with some merchandise, and thanked for the visit. The two should definitely become employees of the month, they made a huge difference 😊. Thanks to Aaron and the cute young man - I and whataburger get our greatest recommendation 😊

Service sucks, food takes 20 minutes to come out, when food gets out its cold. This is everytime we go. This time the manager took our order and I inserted my card in the machine. He walked off. I had to pull my own receipt off the printer and was not given a tent number or a thank you. Waited 20 minutes for 2 cold burgers. This was the last straw. I will not be back.
My first time at a whataburger. It was similar to burgerking but less of the flambroil taste. So the griddled burger King of the south. Soooo much mustard. They marked all of our burgers with extra mustard.
