My family frequents Baked for good reason - definitely one of the best spots in Granbury for breakfast, coffee and pastries. We really enjoy the friendly staff and incredible pastry selection. Their Avocado Toast is one of my favorites as well. I highly recommend Baked to residents and visitors!

I’ve been hearing about Baked from everyone at work. I finally preordered in Glen Rose today. That was the best bagel I’ve ever had in my life! Pick up was fast & efficient and I feel like they genuinely appreciated my business!! Can’t wait for you to be here full time.

2022: BAKED! was awesome, we went there to try the breakfast and it was so good I didn’t have time to take pictures. We went Saturday morning and everything was so good and the pastry Amazing!
Update November 2024 Baked is still one of our favorite places to have breakfast, everything it’s so good and delicious, the food and coffee are incredible but the best part is the team that works there, they make you feel like home!
I am done with Baked it is never a good experience when I go there , I have given this place the benefit too many times. Food is delicious but the employees are not the vibe (maybe because I am not white idk ?)

Food was delicious. Don't come here if you're in a big hurry. This place makes everything fresh to order and it shows. The sandwiches and the soup and the pasta salad we're all great. The vibe is very small town but elegant. All the staff were super pleasant.

Parking: Parking is a little sketch.

UPDATE... Apple Fritters are in season now! (October), they are tge best you will ever have! Always a joy and delight! Kris has taken what she has learned and then taken it to a whole new level. We had guests visiting from Alabama. We went to Baked around 10am. We all loved our selection! We ordered the grill cheese with tomato basil soup, ham and cheese sandwich with soup and breakfast sandwich....oh, we also shared a pumpkin latte. Delicious! Everything is handmade and it shows!
