Just had the best cream-filled, chocolate-covered "long johns" and buttermilk cake donuts. The "long johns" were much larger than other area donut shops. The donuts were fresh and tastier (fried in fresh oil), and the cream filling was fresh. The customer service was amazing ... smiling, friendly and fast. "Locals", who gather at Best Donuts almost every morning, told me they love meeting for donuts and coffee at the "shop". I've tried the other donut shops in Acton, and the Best Donuts are by far the BEST! ?????

The best donuts. These donuts were some of the best donuts I’ve had in a long time. The lady was really nice and had good energy.
The people running this place were very rude to my husband and u with our children when we showed up right at opening time... they informed us to go down the road they didn't have everything ready. We weren't even complaining just looking at the menu. Very bad customer service
