I told him to give me my money back and he refused and said I had to call some other number. Called the number and it is just a recording. If I could have selected zero stars, I would have done that. I have tried this place twice, ordered and delivered by UberEats. Never again. Both times, I ordered the 1/4 pound cheese burger (buy one get one free) with fries. The first time, I received a charcoaled rib and fries. UberEats refunded the meal. Today, I received two “burgers” and fries. The burgers each had a dry patty on it without anything else. No cheese, tomatoes, or onions as advertised on the website. We ate the dinner because we were starving at that time, not because we liked it. This was my last attempt ever to order from this company. They do not even deserve one star.

Absolutely the worst meal ever! Fries were cold, soggy & undercooked. Burger Pattie’s were over cooked & condiments were missing. When I saw the Dickies BBQ bag I was immediately suspicious as there are about 3 restaurants operating out of the same location and all of them are horrible!

i love grilled cheese adn i love burgers so tried the royale from big deal. the burger was GIANT and a little over the top, but it was sooooo good. great value. will be back
The fries were soggy and stuck together. The burgers tasted like school lunch line burgers and we paid $15 per meal, they made my burger wrong, they also forgot our drinks. Would not recommend

Will not go back there. The food was no where near what was expected. For the price I can go to grumps and get a good burger. The grilled cheese burger was two pieces of bread with a patty and cheese. I was already concerned about going with the issues I have had with this Dickey's in the past but I was willing to try Big Deal. I willnever make that mistake again. Already have sent in the compliant to the Big Deal website.
