Love the great prices
Why doesn't the manager & staff clean this restaurant?! They have decent food, it's just unpleasant that everything is not clean.
Honestly, the food is nothing special...but then I'm there fore the ice cream (malt shake to be specific)
45 minute wait time for a meal. That's ridiculous. Won't be back
Really bad experience today. I counted 10 people working and a mostly empty store, so it wasn't a staffing issue. When we entered, we were the only people in line for ice cream. It took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Yes, I timed it. We were debating leaving, but we decided to stay since we had to kill 20 minutes anyway before our event started. When she finally did acknowledge us, the greeting was more like we were a burden than a customer. That just can't happen in a customer service job.
This was a management issue start to finish. Of the 10 employees, one was cooking, one was taking orders for food (she took one order the entire 10 minutes we waited and then never moved from her monitor), and one was working the grocery store (he helped one customer the entire 10 minutes we waited). The other seven employees were all focused on the drive thru. One never moved from the order taking window. One never moved from the window that food goes out. (This one I still don't understand.) There wasn't a lot of food going out the window. He could have easily rotated to help the in store line. He never moved except to take food from one of the other three people and pass it out the window when food did go out. The other four people seemed focused on only making that drive thru order. I'll spot you the order was big based on what I could see on the order monitor they were working. But, when the line in the store starts forming, at least one of those people should have moved off the drive thru and started the store line. Again, the window dude never moved. He could have easily filled the spot the one person who should have taken over the counter vacated. Then both lines would have moved. (And remember that girl working the food order line? She could have moved 10 feet and covered the ice cream order line too.)
A good manager would have noticed the lack of teamwork and coached up the situation. You have to be able to see the entire store and what your employees are (and aren't) doing to make it run properly.
Terrible Night Crew, Issac or what his name is was disrespectful and was trying be a tough guy towards my friend. No Receipt, and they said they couldn’t print it off, No Braums sauce even tho we ordered several, and no drink carrier for 6 drinks because the chick was to short to grab them so she took the easy way out. Best time to get Braums is when that crew is NOT working. UPDATE: OVERLY SALTED AND COLD FRIES, An absurd amount of bacon on a Bacon Cheeseburger, Missing Straws, no Napkins, this is the worst experience and night crew ever. Your Area Director should be disappointed.
I came here with a friend who has a peanut allergy. We politely asked if the ice cream scoop were cleaned in-between uses. The worker rudely stated that they get put in running water (which doesn’t help get rid of the allergen). Very inconsiderate considering the severity of the allergy.
Super busy, tables weren't clean, but you had to grab one as soon as it emptied. I had strawberry ice cream that didn't sit well but I think it was my headache more than the ice cream.
Always met with a friendly face and the service is phenomenal

Alyssa is the BEST night manager!!!! She is extremely diligent in her work- making sure that everyone is adhering to their jobs- as well as maintaining the pristine environment of the workplace! I just got back from Hawaii and i honestly think she deserves a trip there herself!!!!

The Best milk and dairy products. Great inexpensive burgers as always! One burger wasn't prepared correctly, but was replaced with the proper burger promptly. Malts were excellent (black walnut is my favorite).

Not everyone celebrates Thanksgiving. Why are you upset I’m here a day before Thanksgiving at 8:30 PM, I was nothing but kind until you gave me a struggle. I am not sure what the short little hispanic man is compensating for, but I too would be mad with that haircut. I know this is only a Braums and I shouldn’t expect anything more, but you need to have a better attitude— if you continue having that one, Braums will be the only job you’ll ever have. At least the scoop was good. Have more love in your heart sir.
