Fantastic! Their dough cooks up with the perfect chew and flavor. Got the Noni, featuring their smoked brisket and candied jalapeños on a garlic sauce base. The sweet heat is the main flavor, just spicy enough to keep your attention the entire time, then you'll get smacked with a nice bite of burnt end taste. Topings are generous, especially if you've gotten used to chains like Dominos, and evenly distributed to boot. The price is appropriate for the quality and creativity....
Just want to say you guys rock, pizza was excellent. If in this area again this is my go to spot, kinda pricey but let me tell you once you scarf that first slice down you'll forget about that price and focus on that pizza. So delicious and
I have heard how wonderful their pizzas are and finally got a chance to try them out for myself. We got the 12" bacon chicken ranch and it was terrific! I love pizza and will definitely be making a return trip to Brick By Brick.
