The livers and gizzards quickly sell out and the abundance of sweet tea runs dry. Although their social security checks won't get as much dark meat and a biscuit as it did back in 2001, they all seem to leave satisfied.

Been supporting Chicken E for years. I'm done going here. Food has gone down hill. Today was the 3 visit of cold food. The french fries were shriveled up and dried out like they've been sitting under the heat lamp all afternoon. The chicken was tough, dry and stale obviously not fresh. Quality & taste has gone to hell in a handbasket! I'm done!

Everytime I go to Chicken Express in Granbury they mess up my order. The manager is kind he has given me credit before for mess up. Just left there 10-6-25 time 6pm - 615pm ordered 3 piece fish meal , family poppers, roll, drink... it was not busy at all but alot of kids working inside all gathered together. I get to window they gave my fish away to car ahead and it was funny to girl at window. I had to wait for new fish to be dropped and I made sure I looked in every box the roll was missing. I said at drive thru roll instead they put hush puppies. Don't the staff read the monitor that says drive thru and dine in? They need retraining they don't care about the job. I shouldn't have to call everytime food is missing or drive back. That many kids working the line need to pay attention to every order going out. They are costing you money and loss of customers. Granbury Chicken Express use to be badass... it's gone down hill due to today's teens that work fast food they don't care ...

Prices are comparable to Raising Cane's, if not more depending on the items selected. Wasn't hugely impressed, but it's not that I wouldn't return so hence a 50/100, 3 star score here.

I would give a 0 star for service if I had the ability to. I never receive my order correct. 4 piece spicy. They never give me spicy. Has definitely gotten to the point that I don’t leave the parking lot without checking.
