I don't usually change my rating or opinion very often. In this case I felt it was warranted. Basically had a bad experience last week and left a brief review of the event. The owner Jonathan reached out and made the situation right. He is a great guy. I cannot fault him in any of this. He is straightening it out, and has more than earned our business back.

This Chicken Express did such a great job getting all of our meals ready for our field trip to Granbury, TX! We took the campers here after our tour of Fossil Rim which is close by this location. The staff assisted in passing out the meals for the kids and putting ice in all of their cups. The meals were ready upon our arrival, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The kids loved eating at Chicken Express, and it was one of their favorite meals of Camp BLUE. They also gave our group a 10% discount. Thank you, Chicken Express staff!!

This location use to be the best one in Texas… The service use to be great… I had to explain my order 3 times in the drive though for them to still get it wrong. So I went inside to be confronted with hostility for still having to explain my order… I’ve got the same phone boys if you would like to discuss this further…

I tried to fish for the first time, and I think that you can Express stick with chicken… It was really rubbery and fishy smelling and tasting… In the macaroni and cheese was so bland and dry like it had been there for days…

I had posted a review previously & it was not good but after speaking with Johnathan I honestly believe the issues were handled ; not to say mistakes won’t be made in the future ; & despite what happened we will continue to dine here. I strongly recommend you speak to with Johnathan if you’ve had a bad experience there before boycotting the establishment, I’m sure he will do everything he can to make it right & keep you as a patron.
