I would give a 0 star for service if I had the ability to. I never receive my order correct. 4 piece spicy. They never give me spicy. Has definitely gotten to the point that I don’t leave the parking lot without checking.

The owner Jonathan reached out and made the situation right. He is a great guy. I cannot fault him in any of this. He is straightening it out, and has more than earned our business back.

This Chicken Express did such a great job getting all of our meals ready for our field trip to Granbury, TX! We took the campers here after our tour of Fossil Rim which is close by this location. The staff assisted in passing out the meals for the kids and putting ice in all of their cups. The meals were ready upon our arrival, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The kids loved eating at Chicken Express, and it was one of their favorite meals of Camp BLUE. They also gave our group a 10% discount. Thank you, Chicken Express staff!!

This location use to be the best one in Texas… The service use to be great… I had to explain my order 3 times in the drive though for them to still get it wrong. So I went inside to be confronted with hostility for still having to explain my order… I’ve got the same phone boys if you would like to discuss this further…
