Staff was dismissive of new customers’ questions and concerns, making virtually no effort to help. Food prep time (simple appetizer) was excessively long. Staff and customers alike were very unwelcoming.
Don't judge from outside or even first appearance inside. A great locals place, once karaoke started the place filled up quickly. Everyone was nice and staff was very attentive. Be nice to get a cook and make better use of the kitchen.
My wife and I spent a late night, date night at this pool hall last night. We were treated with respect by everyone from staff to long term patrons. The prices for drinks were beyond acceptable. Pool was free the entire night. The band played both songs we requested. They did not know them off the cuff. However, they took a 10 minute break to look up the lyrics and sing them for us anyway. My wife and I had such a fun time here last night. I highly recommend this place to anyone...
