We got a discount for this restaurant off Groupon and decided to use it. As we pulled up to the restaurant we where surprised it was closed on a weekday at dinner time. We tried calling the restaurant to only find that the number is no longer in Service, then we saw a note on the door that let the store owners know that the locks had been changed and new keys would be given to the manager once they paid their rent. Now I have already spent money getting coupon for what seems to be a closed restaurant ? I'm not sure how to even go about trying to get my money back and to let Groupon know to no longer sale stuff from this place to help others from going through this headache.

This was our first time in a few years to eat here. We went inside for lunch and ordered the food To-go since the most of the tables were dirty. The two men who worked on our order were friendly. We ordered the westerner sandwich with fries. The sausage was old and gray, the bun tasted off, the fries were undercooked, dark and soggy. We also ordered the kids meal brisket with okra. The meat was ok, but the fried okra was soggy as well and tasted off. My husband got food poisoning from the old sausage.

Ordered online a couple weeks ago and get to store to pickup and they were out of almost everything we had wanted. The main thing being baked potatoes. Ordered thru door dash to get it delivered today and we get a call they are out of everything we ordered! It's 3:00pm. We won't even bother ever trying to eat here again.

I ordered online, and i get to the place at the time the website told me to, and this lady comes out saying “we are closed” and tells me to cancel my order. If you must know, if you order through google, you cant cancel your order. So i get into the car and ive been sitting here for 45 minutes trying to find somewhere else to eat, and shes been standing there this whole time. outside. smoking a cigarette.

I have been in tx for 8 year and from Dallas to Granbury Tx I have to say this Granbury location has the best quality and quantity I have to say this Granbury location has the best quality and quantity when it gets to BBQ very tender very flavorful.
