I just picked up my order, my hand tossed pepperoni pizza was old and rotten, same with the cheese bread. I called the store, and the rude employee was so unexcited to help. He stated "do you want a remake or a credit" I stated that I wanted a refund because the pizza was not fit to feed to a dog. The employee stated I can give you a credit, but you will have to come into the store or call on the phone to receive the credit, he refused to refund the rotten food that they gave us. I am not for sure what changed at this location, but the change was not a good one and I will NEVER RETURN to this location!

Put in an order on a Monday night, the app says the pizza has come out of the oven at 5:53… the app does not update again until after I’ve called the store nearly an hour later. At 6:54 the tracker updates that my order has been picked up for delivery. A full HOUR after it came out of the oven, so we already know it is going to be cold when it gets here.I mentioned I tried to call to figure out what happened to my $45 order (I tipped 25% by the way)….. 15 mins later still no one had answered the phone. I hung up. Here’s hoping my pizza actually makes it to me before the night is out.Won’t be ordering from this store ever again. I recommend you pick another one as well, if you’d actually like your pizza fresh when you pay for it.Edit to add: Pizza did finally show up. It all was definitely cold and the boxes were soaked through with grease. Yum…..
Everything was just as ordered and delicious. Delivery was much faster than expected. Never have an issue with this location. Always fresh and tasty. Thank you!! We ordered extravaganza pizza w/Alfredo sauce, cheese bread, wings and philly cheese steak tots... Yum!
