The most I’ve ever spent at a donut shop. I Spent $65 on 12 “decorative donuts,” 12 small kolaches and 1 hot pocket. I did not see it listed on the menu that decorative donuts were 3 dollars a piece. I asked for random donuts and of course I was boxed with the most expensive. I was shocked at check out that 12 donuts were $36 but I paid. When I got to the car I had 3 plain glazed donuts, 3 plain chocolate donuts with sprinkles and 6 “decorated donuts”. So maybe all of their donuts are $3 each?

I walked in on Labor Day thinking it was cool you guys were open and the chick was nice but no glazed donuts. That was a bummer!!

Donut Palace is my standard for donuts. I find myself displeased and unsatisfied if I get donuts anywhere else. I think, “donut palace is way better”. I regret the times not going to donut palace. The Apple fritter is best around. The basic glazed donut, with every bite, I think about how much love went into making it. If there are regional or national donut award of some kind, they should get one.

Unfortunately, I'll have to agree with the other review that they seem annoyed by their customers. The previous Asian owners were always so grateful for our business no matter how big or small the order they'd greet us with a great big warm smile. They were so nice and pleasant. New owners not so much but we'd overlook it bc they were a bit closer and interactions were not so much rude just stoic and no smile. The younger girl was ok but it was the older woman. But today was the last straw. 6-19-25 6am My husband returned home vowing never to go back there again. He said he used the drive thru this morning, absolutely no one behind him yet the woman with the very short hair was curt, rushed him, like she was annoyed and like she just wanted him gone. With so much competition a smile goes a long way. Whatever happened to the basics of customer service. Customers especially repeat customers is what helps a business thrive. In fact, even if you don't want to smile at least don't treat your paying customers like they're an irritant. Will try others with great reviews like Sunny's Donuts by Pam's, The Donut Hole on Pearl St, or Donuts Plus on 377.

This is the best donut shop in Granbury! Every Monday and random days throughout the week we always go to the Donut Palace. They have our order down to the letters. One random day instead of RaceTrac we came here because RaceTrac donuts were cold, and it changed everything! Every time I get one dozen pink sprinkled donut holes with a diet Coke, and it always brightens my day! If you are ever in Granbury and need a good breakfast, stop by the Donut Palace! My whole family loves this place!
Arrived at 5:15, open sign was on, 2 people inside working, door locked. I tried to open the door and it was locked. I was ignored by the people inside. Not even enough courtesy to acknowledge my presence. Another car Arrived in the drive through and was ignored as well. You just lost a customer, probably more by now.
