What a disappointment. Went for dinner on a Saturday evening. Arrived for a 5:45 reservation, party of 9. Atmosphere was nice until the music started. It was so loud that we could no longer have conversation. We were getting noise level warnings on watches, it reached over 100 decibels which is ridiculous in what I understood was a 'nice' restaurant. We asked about lowering the volume, the hostess said she would talk to the band, she never did. Our server was slow and seemed mostly confused. A male server who brought food out was rude. Then they apply an arbitrary 20% to to each ticket. I'm a good type but would not have given 20% for such a bad experience.

The food was only okay, but the mood is great! Pictured is the chicken, it was pita thin and not great at all, but the lasagna was good. Great facilities and staff care, just needs an upgrade in food quality.

Despite being very busy, they were able to have our order on time. I had the crab ravioli, which was a very interesting creation that I. Enjoyed very much. It has a classy and classic italian restaurant feel, And I will definitely keep going over and over.

Just not as impressed as some sat they are. I ordered a cheeseburger. Bun was a muffalate bun. They had to substitute that for me because there only other option was a garlic bun. So, that was on me. The burger was presented as a fresh beef burger. It was a compressed patie like you get from Walmart. It tasted ok but certainly wasn't what I expected from an upscale restaurant.I'll give it another try and will comment and correct any comments I made here.

Do not miss this gem on the square! I went with a group of friends and we had a fantastic evening. The food was wonderful - from the garlic bread and house salad (so crisp and fresh) to our entrees through to dessert. We had everything from steak to salmon to the flatbread pizza. It was all cooked and seasoned perfectly, we each loved our dish. And the peanut butter pie was the perfect treat to end the meal. And have to mention the wine! We were happy to see so many outstanding options and choose a long-time favorite to share. The experience was made even better by our delightful server, Tiffany, and the rest of the team. She had great recommendations and was able to accommodate some changes/special requests. Our water glasses were always full and things cleared from the table quickly and seamlessly. And the restaurant is spacious and beautiful. Really thoughtful touches and inviting atmosphere. You can't beat the location either, right on the square. Thank you all for such a lovely night, we will be back soon!

The last several times we have gone, we end up leaving because we are not greeted by a server, for up to 15 minutes. They blame being short staffed, but enough staff to argue about who will take the section. Over priced and lately not even remotely kid friendly. Very sad because this used to be our favorite and weekly gluten free spot.

We had Valentines at Farinas today. We found out from Tiffany that it is under new ownership. My husband and I really enjoyed the dinner. We had salad, bruschetta, bread, tenderloin Marsala, and a cake for dessert. The food and service exceeded our expectations. Shirley was our server and her positive energy was outstanding. She was an excellent ambassador for the company. Tiffany hired her and was also a fantastic manager. Our only disappointment was the wine. We ordered the Farina reserve cab. We expected it to be really good because it had the name of the restaurant on it but we actually questioned if the wine was bad. We drank it but we literally joked about choking it down. It was the worst wine we have ever had at a restaurant. We recommend that the new owners of Farinas go back to what they did years ago; they had an outstanding wine list. We have purchased Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Brut Champagne and Silver Oak Cab. The wine list used to be incredible. Please raise the standards of wine. Especially if the restaurant name is on the bottle. We actually sent the wine back and they tasted it and said it was fine. What we would have preferred was for them to offer to upgrade it to a better quality for an additional price. We would have paid for it. Everything was awesome. It was a shame that the wine kept us from giving a five star review. Especially since Farinas is supposed to be a winery.

The restaurant and bar are both gorgeous with antique lamps, doors and fixtures yet very laid back. We had the sauteed whitefish which was so flavorful without overwhelming the fish and they made the accompanying vegetables into something I would eat as a standalone meal. BUT. THE. LASAGNA! Seriously - it is the best we've ever tasted. We talked bout our meal all evening and the next day. The staff is really welcoming and know their jobs well and go over and above. LOVED THIS PLACE
