I ordered cold turkey sub with everything except onions. I got hot turkey with cheese and onions. My husband ordered jerk turkey all the way.He got meat and bread sandwich. Disappointing.Oh my gosh, my husband just showed me our receipt for $40!!!! Really?

The owners and their staff are always warm and welcoming, food was delicious and HOT, as always. Best hash browns, scrambled eggs and rolls in town. Ice tea is always spot on too!

The food here is always amazing. We always have great service. Today I thought I ordered my sandwich, chips and a drink online using rewards points. Well apparently I only ordered my chips and the drink. I can’t remember the lady’s name. I think it was Edith. She was so helpful. I left my phone in the car but she took care of it and I still got to use my points. Awesome customer service. See ya’ll next week. ?

Just had my first ever Firehouse Sub. I was so stoked when I saw they carried gluten free bread, I knew I had to try one. I will say I was absolutely surprised at how good it was!! Some of the best gluten free bread I have ever tried! The staff was so accommodating when it came to my gluten allergy as well. Excellent place to try!!

So my cellular provider, T-mobile, has this thing called T-mobile Tuesdays. Each Tuesday you get free stuff. Today it was, "Feast on a free medium Hook & Ladder sub with any purchase from Firehouse Subs. Loaded with smoked turkey breast, Virginia honey ham and melted Monterey Jack, the Hook & Ladder sub is one stacked, flavor-packed sandwich. No substitutions."Now in the past I've passed on these offers, because you have to download, and use, the merchant's app. But we (wife also is on T-mobile) missed that this time. We learned it when we got to our Granbury Firehouse Subs. Not wanting the trip to be a waste, we both dl'd the app, and followed the T-mobile instructions to get the sub to our app. Done. Above sandwich loaded into app. Sandwich ordered. It was up in minutes and brought to our table. Thuy and I both agreed it was a tasty sub. It was served warm, and I think that's a Firehouse thing. So 5 stars for service, 4.5 for the sub, and 4 for the dining area. There's a TV, and that at least distracted us from the screaming kids. So ambiance on this visit wasn't so great. Until Granbury gets a Jersey Mike's, this is the next best thing.

We've always loved Firehouse., Today we took our kiddos to eat there for dinner because I've seen it promoted on social media that Wednesday's kids eat for 99cents with the purchase of adult meals..went in and asked about it and got looked at like a dumby while they shook their heads no as if they had no idea what I was talking about.when I know %100 kids use to eat free on sundays (not sure if they still do that) BUT it shouldn't be a surprise for someone to ask concerning they use to do that.Paid $40 for our food. The meatball subs were disgusting. The "marinara" was thick as paste.Wont be going back.

Should be cited for false advertising...the sub looks nothing NOTHING like the pics...worst and most expensive sub ever...Im amazed they stay in business...this was soooo bad...tuff...said was sous vide ribeye...this was like a small bag of nasty beef jerky was dumped on bread...mayo and lettuce only in small amts..no vegs...puke...then they highjack you for a tip...for what?...20$ for the worst sub ive ever had in my life and no drink....never again....worst restaurant in granbury...

Haven’t had a worse experience in a restaurant. The workers fooling around don’t get 2 of 4 sandwiches correct. Acted like jerks. Sad because we love the one in stephenville. Now I don’t think we will be going back to any of them. It was all that bad.
