I’ve always used curbside and they have forgotten my stuff before and I’ve came back to get it which is fine mistakes happen…but this time they didn’t give me 3 bags of stuff so I called and went back to get it an hour later like I told them on the phone and no one had a clue what I was talking about, Finally the manager of curbside came out to talk to me and wrote down all the things that were missing and looked around everywhere and finally found them, so frustrating!

I was in Granbury H‑E‑B with a paralyzed woman in a wheelchair (I was just there so she would have a big enough vehicle to carry her groceries, not much room in her car after they wheelchair.. someone seen her struggling with her basket, next thing you know she had a team pushing her cart and getting things she couldn’t reach, what a special team, who helped her, even the customer in front of her in-line unloaded everyone of her groceries to the register..I have seen generosity, but this was amazing! H-E-B it’s an awesome store with a great staff!! The pharmacy staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable and understand, meds & insurance. Also the cashiers and managers are so helpful and caring! Love H-E-B!

HEB makes the best cakes and cupcakes the candles can last for ever and the cake was so good we went back to get more the cakes are affordable and tast great the workers are very helpful and we got a pumpkin one and it was the best lots of frosting and goodies and stuff 10 out of 10.
