Found this gem yesterday when we happened in Granbury, TX. Friend and I got a mix of pulled pork, brisket, and bologna with potato salad and beans. Everything was AMAZING and the couple there was super nice. I’ve eaten BBQ from all over (including Memphis, St. Louis, and Kansas City) and this was one of the best BBQ places I’ve ever eaten at! HIGHLY recommend!

Loved the food. Ordered all kinds of smoked meats. The menu has some intriguing options I'll have to try on future visits. Meats were moist & tasty.The owners are nice, friendly folks. (Ida was Mark's Grandma.) Truly a hidden gem. Open Friday through Sunday only so plan accordingly. YUM!!!

Mark and Jennifer catered our granddaughters wedding Saturday and I tell you it was wonderful. All our guest were telling us how good it was.
Mark & Jennifer are absolutely amazing! We ordered brisket, chicken and sausage for our wedding and it was delicious! All our family and friends loved it!! I highly recommend Ida V’s for your next big event or even family dinner. You won’t be disappointed!

This place just opened not too long ago, and the hours of operation are only on weekends. The service was wonderful and very down to earth I can describe it as being at home in your kitchen. Well organized, fast to receive your food. Give them a try.Kid-friendliness: If your family dines there it quite not many people so not a busy rush place.
